In order to avoid the chaos of last summer, airlines and travel firms are recruiting NOW for thousands of jobs, ranging from apprentices to cabin crew and cruise entertainers.

Here are some of the vacancies, but be quick as many close at the end of the month . . . 

BRITISH AIRWAYS has 200 spots on its apprenticeship scheme. There are courses from Level 2 to degree, including operations jobs in aircraft maintenance, aircraft workshop and ground operations.
