Posh apartment on sale for £412k is mocked by house hunters over its view – can you spot why?
A POSH apartment has hit the market for £412,000 but it's being mocked by house hunters over its view.
The luxury home appears as though it's based on the water's edge as the 'views' from its windows show stunning sea-front sights with a large cruise ship coming in.
But eagle-eyed to-be buyers have noticed those views are in fact fake - and the East Sussex pad is actually about one mile from the ocean.
The one-bedroom flat is advertised with full modern décor and said to be “extremely high specification” with a “superior finish".
The images of the home, which are also artists' impressions, show an open plan with the kitchen leading into the lounge and dining area.
It boasts a double bedroom with a separate bathroom, a balcony, and whoever snaps it up will have access to a communal roof terrace.

The listing says the property is "walking distance" to the nearby Brighton Beach and a 20-minute stroll to the seaside pier.
In the living area there are two windows showing the 'sea view' and another in the bedroom.
This is what left prospective buyers scratching their heads.
