Heinz bringing back ‘iconic’ 1990s childhood favourite
THE winds of change are blowing along supermarket shelves — with Heinz Beanz Pizzas set to make a comeback.
The 90s favourite will have adults reliving their childhood and delight a new generation of kids.
After disappearing from supermarkets in 2003, the £3 frozen ready meal is set to return to Iceland stores from November 14.
One online fan said: “Anybody else remember eating this gourmet creation back in the 90s?
“This would be a Saturday evening treat while watching Gladiators.”
Another added: “No one ever believes me when I say this used to be a thing!”

Iceland said: “We’re delighted to be relaunching the Heinz Beanz Pizza in stores this month.
“It’s as iconic as it gets in the freezer aisles.
“We’re ecstatic that Iceland customers will be first to try it.”
It comes as Heinz released a range of burgers, hash browns, and chilli bowls.
Among the new list of goods is the Heinz Beanz Burger, Heinz Beanz Bowls, first-ever Heinz Beanz-based frozen ready meal range and Heinz Beanz-filled hash browns.
The bean burger comes in three flavours, from original, to Texan style and Italian style.
Plus, the original flavour is wholly plant-based which will be great news for vegans.
Meanwhile, the Beanz Bowls come in three different flavours, from Smoky Chilli to Herby Tomato and Fragrant Coconut.
