Tiny London flat just 2.5m wide is extortionate at £1,050-a-month… and it’s missing a key feature
A TINY studio flat in north London has been listed for rent at £1,050 per month – and it’s missing one very key feature.
The room is located on Green Lanes, opposite Finsbury Park in North London, and has been described as an “excellent park view double studio flat”.
In photos, the room appears to be just over 2.5m wide, with a double bed pushed against the wall to allow just enough space for the front door to open.
At the foot of the bed – so close that the bed is almost a part of it – is the kitchen, with cupboards, a sink, fridge, oven and electric hob.
Obstructing the oven door is the door to the bathroom, which contains a small shower, toilet and sink.
The room also contains a single chair on which to enjoy your dinner - with no table - a window, TV, fitted wardrobe and full-length mirror.

Meanwhile, the property is almost double the national average monthly rental cost of £595 pcm.
