Homebase is selling a hot tub for HALF PRICE and it’s cheaper than B&Q and Aldi

HOMEBASE has slashed the price of its four-person hot tub, so shoppers can bag a bargain in time for the hot weather.

The latest offer means customers can nab a hot tub from the garden retailer cheaper than the likes of B&Q and Aldi.

Hot tubs have become a garden must-have for millions of households in recent years - so if you've not managed to get one yet, now could be the time.

Homebase has of its CleverSpa Cotswolds Hot Tub by a massive 50% - from £450 to just £225. 

The hot tub fits up to four people and has 110 powerful massaging air jets.

It also comes with 365 Freezeguard, meaning you can use it year-round if you don't mind braving the cold - and you can inflate it at the touch of a button.

Shoppers can pick up the hot tub in-store or by using free click & collect.

It's also available for delivery, if you'd prefer to stay at home. Don't forget to factor in costs if you choose this option though - Homebase charges £12.50 for delivery of larger items, and £20 for Saturday delivery.

But new customers could get a bit more money off the deal, if they know how.

The tub is a steal compared to what B&Q and Aldi have on offer. 

When we checked, B&Q’s cheapest four person tub, the Lay-Z-Spa Miami, is on at a clearance price of £299. 

And Aldi is charging £399.99 for an Intex Inflatable 4 person Hot Tub.

Before you take the plunge and buy one make sure to check prices online. You might find the same - or similar - item elsewhere.

How much does it cost to run a hot tub?

There are other costs to factor in before you splash out on a hot tube though.

Energy saving experts at say that some of the least energy efficient models - which are often the cheapest ones - could add a whopping £300 per month to electricity bills.

While Energy Helpline estimates that a 3,000 litre hot tub - for around seven people - will cost around £5.25 to fill up each time.

And it costs between £2.45 and £3.50 a day to run your jacuzzi.
