ELLE OF A DEAL: Fans of fictional heroine Elle Woods will be pleased to know that Legally Blonde: The Musical is back, with a bit of a summer glow-up.

If you don’t know the story, it’s a must-see. LA college girl Elle pursues her ex-boyfriend all the way to law school, only to end up pursuing her own legal education. Preview shows launch this week and it will run at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, London until July 2.

OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT: Adventure Cinema, the UK’s largest touring outdoor cinema, has confirmed its summer line-up, so book now for early-bird tickets and save around a fiver.

Take the family to see Encanto at Bute Park in Cardiff on July 29 and pay £9.50 for under-12s, or see West Side Story at Carmarthen’s United Counties Show-ground on June 3, with adult tickets from £14.50. See to receive newsletters and hear first about new shows and early ticket prices. 

FESTIVAL FUN:  Families will love the Goodwoof dog event on May 28 and 29 at the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex.

Tickets start at £35 per day for adults — but dogs and kids under-12 go free.
