The head-turning three-storey property in Islington, North London, boasts four double bedrooms and a garden.
It lies in a quiet tree-lined street near the Emirates Stadium, just moments from Drayton Park Tube.
But the lucky new owner will need to be a dab hand at DIY - or be prepared to shell out tens of thousands of pounds to a builder.
That's because the gorgeous home is in a state of complete disrepair.

But anyone who crosses the threshold will be left in no doubt of the graft required.
Carpets have been torn from floors, leaving them bare.

However, for ambitious and very well-heeled house-hunters, the property in Bryantwood Road offers an amazing opportunity.

Hidden gem Gillespie Park is also on the doorstep. The local secret hides a nature reserve in inner city London.
It's not the only fixer-upper on the market at the moment - although many are significantly cheaper.
A two-storey property set in 4.5 acres of land is available for £80,000 in stunning Sanday, Orkney.
But the state of the home really does need to be seen to be believed.

The property offers two reception rooms, a kitchen and three "well-proportioned" rooms.
But it will need a complete renovation by an experienced builder before a family can make it their own again.
That's because it was gutted by a terrible fire just four months ago.
