The house listing has been shared on social media - with many pointing out the dire condition of the home.
However, estate agent Allsop has reassured potential buyers that the house will be cleared of all rubbish and unwanted items when the sale of the site is completed.
With a large overgrown rear garden, the property is situated on the northwest side of Maesdu Road.
