Martin Lewis shares top tip you must do NOW to avoid being ripped off on Black Friday
BLACK Friday is coming round the corner fast but shoppers can prepare ahead of the sale bonanza to avoid being ripped off.
This year, thousands of brands and retailers will take part in the shopping event on Friday November 26, which is just a few weeks away.
Being just before Christmas, it is the ideal time to get the bulk of your festive shopping done for less.
Most Black Friday deals tend to run right through to Cyber Monday, which falls on November 29, so you'll have plenty of time to pick up the deals on offer.
In recent years Black Friday has grown into a month-long affair with many major retailers choosing to launch deals a few weeks ahead of the official date.
This gives shoppers a longer period to pick up the amazing deals.
However, this year might be a little different due to many retailers dealing with supply issues caused by various factors including driver shortages.
With retailers already beginning to slash prices, money expert Martin Lewis has offered a quick tip to prepare for the sales and avoid being ripped off.
