Lidl’s sell-out £300 hot tub is coming back to shops

SUMMER is not looking especially sunny this year, but you can warm yourself up in Lidl's bargain hot tub which is coming back in stock.

The pool has sold out in previous years and it's likely to be popular again this time with the bargain price tag of £299.99.

The Middle of Lidl hot tub deal is only in stores as you can't shop online at the discounter.

You'll see the pool on shelves from Sunday, July 4 and it will only be available while stocks last.

The Middle of Lidl is where you can pick up random items at very often bargain prices - but once they're gone, they're gone.

You can see what will be there ahead of time though, on the Lidl website, or via the Lidl Plus app.

Lidl's fits four people and reaches a more than balmy 40C.

Measuring just under two meters, you can apparently get this set up in just six minutes, but that won't include filling the tub with water or heating it up.

There's a 700 litre capacity and 118 jets that create massaging bubbles when you do take a dip.

Availability will depend on your local store, and it could be worth checking ahead before you set off.

You'll also be limited to just one tub per customer.

Lidl has priced the hot tub at £299.99 this year, which is the same as last year for the same model, and the year before that for a slightly different version.

But don't forget on top of the initial outlay you'll have further costs like chemicals for keeping it in good condition, and electric costs for running it.

Wave Spas is selling a four-person tropical print tub for £329.99 and a cheaper grey version will be in stock soon for £299.99, the same price as the Lidl one.
