It’s National Apprenticeship Week – so here are 2,500 opportunities to apply for today

DIGITAL designer or tax expert? Hotel boss social media manager or even diamond setter? 

There are more than 1,550 roles you can train for as an apprentice, with new ones added each year.

In part two of our National Apprenticeship Week coverage, we have more than 2,500 opportunities for you to apply for today.

While some are open to only school leavers, most take trainees of any age, so get started earning and learning, just like Jessica Grumitt, 23, who took an apprenticeship with engagement ring firm , who need two more people to train as diamond setters.

Jessica, 23, from Surrey, says: “I am happy to see apprenticeships coming back into fashion.

“I have gained so much experience and so many opportunities that I would not have experienced on a jewellery university degree.
