It starts with family man Sunny putting up Christmas lights on the house roof, although his neighbour Christine isn't a fan.

The advert then shows his children peeking out the window as Asda delivery drivers bring up Christmas food to the house wearing face masks.

Sunny says in the ad: "I guess Christmas is going to be different this year, so let's really make the most of it.

"The parties might be smaller, but we can still have great food and we can still party."

The whole property lights up in red and yellow colours, and above it, the ad says: "That's Asda price".

The advert is set to the 1967 Christmas classic That’s What Christmas Means to Me by Stevie Wonder.

It launched at 8.45pm on November 2, during the break of Coronation Street - and you can watch it above.

Anna-Maree Shaw, Asda’s chief customer officer, said: "At Asda, we know how important Christmas is for our customers, this year more than ever before.

"Christmas is going to be a little different for everyone, but through our ‘Asda Price Christmas’ campaign, we want to reassure customers that everyone can have an extra special Christmas at the prices they want."
