Greggs’ pumpkin spice latte is back this week – and you can get it delivered to your home

GREGGS is bringing back its pumpkin spice latte this week - and you can now get it delivered.

The seasonal drink - which is made with sweet pumpkin spice-flavoured syrup, topped with cream and sprinkles - is back this Thursday, October 1.

This year, the autumnal drink will cost £1.95 for a regular size, which is 25p cheaper than the £2.20 it was priced at in 2019.

Greggs has been slashing prices due to a recent cut in VAT for hospitality businesses.

The lower price means Greggs’ pumpkin spice latte is £1.45 cheaper than Starbucks, which is selling a small pumpkin spice latte for £3.35.

The bakery chain will also sell its pumpkin spice latte in a large size for £2.25.

There are a few ways Greggs' fans can get their hands on the popular beverage, which will be on sale until November 5.

Greggs will be selling its pumpkin spice latte in stores, either through walk in or click and collect, or customers can get it delivered via Just Eat.

Keep in mind you'll pay extra for delivery though, with Just Eat fees varying depending on how far away from Greggs you are.

Greggs confirmed it was rolling out delivery and click and collect nationwide in an update to customers in July 2020.

Click and collect, which you can do via Greggs website, is free.

Or if you'd rather just order in store, you can use the to find your nearest Greggs.

Greggs hasn't reopened any of its restaurants for dine-in, meaning you'll only be able to take away your drink.

The bakery chain confirmed it’s using the same recipe for its pumpkin spice latte as last year.

If you’re watching your waistline then you might want to take note of the calorie count, which is 228 for a regular drink at Greggs.

In previous years, a medium pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks contained as much as 380 calories and 50g of sugar.

But you can reduce this in-take by ordering a short-size with semi-skimmed milk, which has 187 calories.
