Is EE down?

As of 12pm on October 28, there were 766 reports of issues from EE customers on DownDetector.

Over half of the customers reporting issues say they had issues with their mobile phone service.

While 30% said they had no signal and a smaller percentage reported having no internet.

EE last saw issues with its service in September when customers were unable to use the internet.

If you're a mobile customer and you suffer from a lack of service then depending on the circumstance you may be entitled to a refund or account credit.

You may also have the right to leave if you're without service for a sustained period of time.

If your problem is still unresolved after eight weeks, you can complain to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
