IF you're looking to save some cash, signing up to FREE newsletters can be a quick way to get up to 50 per cent off restaurants and high street chains.
Food lovers can get 25 per cent off main meals at Harvester and Toby Carvery when you register for their respective email alerts.
Meanwhile, high street fashion stores like New Look and H&M also send out codes when you sign up to their newsletters.
You’ll get 25 per cent off your next order when you sign up to New Look’s email updates, while H&M offers 10 per cent off.
The best discount we found was from online clothing retailer and Love Island sponsor I Saw It First, which gives you 50 per cent off your next spend.
Other chains, like Bella Italia and Pizza Express, offer a free treat on your birthday.

Discount codes - Check sites like Sun Vouchers or for any discount codes you can use to get money off your order.
Tastecard - This is a members club where you pay to have access to discounts worth up to 50 per cent off at thousands of restaurants. It costs £4.99 a month or £34.99 for the year.

Voucher schemes - Look out for voucher schemes offered by third party firms, such as Meerkat Meals. If you compare and buy a product through CompareTheMarket.com then you'll be rewarded with access to the discount scheme. You'll get 2 for 1 meals at certain restaurants through Sunday to Thursday.
Student discounts - If you're in full-time education or a member of the National Students Union then you may be able to get a discount of up to 15 per cent off the bill. It's always worth asking before you place your order.
Toby Carvery - 25 per cent off
Includes: Main meals, Monday to Friday after 12pm (excluding bank holidays)
Not included: Starters, desserts, drinks or breakfast
The Toby Carvery discount is similar to what's offered by Harvester, in that in only applies to main meals.
This includes full-priced adult, king size and kids main dinners, but not starters, desserts or drinks.
It's valid Monday to Friday after 12pm (excluding bank holidays) so again, you can't use it on weekends.
It also can't be used in conjunction with any other promotion, and can only be redeemed once.
One voucher can be used for a maximum of four guests dining in the same transaction.
