Do I have to book a table?
The pub chain isn't taking bookings for tables which means you'll need to try your luck on the day - although you may face queues to get inside, as pubs are expected to be extremely busy when they reopen.
However, Wetherspoon has an app in place where you can order drinks and food straight to your table, so there shouldn't be a large queue at the bar.
Will I have to give my contact details?
Visitors to Wetherspoons will be asked to hand over their contact details every time they visit a pub.
Customers will be asked to fill out a short form with their name and telephone number with every visit to a 'Spoons branch in England.
They will also need to record the time that they arrived and when they leave and to drop the form into a dedicated box.
Keeping a guest register will help NHS test and trace coronavirus outbreaks and is part of the government's Covid-19 secure guidelines.
How will social distancing work?
Wetherspoons has put a number of measures in place designed to keep staff and customers safe when they return to pubs.
Signs outside and on exterior doors help staff communicate with customers how they need to queue in order to stop a build-up of people.
Once you are inside, perspex screens have been fitted at tills and customers will be encouraged to pay using the Wetherspoons app, meaning they can get table service rather than queuing at the bar.
Tables have also been spaced out or screens put up in between them and hand sanitiser stations will be in place throughout pubs.
For most pubs there will be an average of 10 hand sanitiser stations.
Busy contact points will be regularly sanitised throughout the day and all marketing material has been removed from tables.
A maximum capacity of kitchen team members has been set based on site-specific risk assessments and kitchen doors will be pinned open to increase air flow.

Will I be able to watch live sport?
Wetherspoons has confirmed that it won't be screening any live sports in pubs.
While the government's Covid-19 secure guidelines don't ban pubs and restaurants from broadcasting live games, they do ask businesses not putting on any entertainment that "may encourage shouting".
This is because shouting can increase the risk of spreading the coronavirus - the disease is passed on through droplets, such as infected breath and spit, which is more likely to fly out of your mouth and nose when you forcefully raise your voice.
What other changes has Wetherspoons had?
Smoking is banned from entrances and exits to avoid lots of people in one area but outside areas have been set up with the same social distancing procedures as inside.
Duty managers will also wear a body camera at all times and someone will be on the door to manage the flow of customers at busy times.
Menus will be for single-use and recyclable so they are not handled by multiple customers and the contents itself has changed.
Breakfast will be served until 11.30am and the main menu will start from then.
There is also a reduced range of sauces provided in sachets rather than bottles.
Tables will be cleaned and sanitised after each use.
