POUNDLAND shoppers are buzzing to try out a 99p spider repellent that keeps the creepy crawlies away.
The cheap spray also won’t cause spiders any harm, as it contains a natural formula that doesn’t kill them.
Instead, it works by creating a deterrent to stop creepy crawlies from entering your home in the first place.
The ingredients include peppermint oil, which is widely regarded as a natural pest repellent.
The spray should be used around doorways, windows and any exposed floorboards - basically any place where spiders can enter your home.
Made by a company called Home & Garden, the 500ml spray is available for 99p in Poundland.
It’s already been spotted by one excited shopper, who shared her find on Facebook via the .
Poundland fan Paige Botten said: “Bought this today and hoping it works. Has anyone else tried this?
“It says on the bottle it deters without harming them, so no worry about them dying or being killed.”
Her post was soon met by a flurry of thrilled responses from fellow bargain hunters, who were also eager to rid their home of arachnids.
One person said: "Omg! I need this in my life!"
Another posted: "Ohhh where was this about? I feel like they're invading our homes early this year and they're only gonna get bigger!"
A third said: "I'd also like to know if it works please."
Speaking to The Sun after posting about the spider spray, bargain hunter Paige Botten said she hasn't seen a single spider in her home since using the spray.
She said: "So far so good, we haven't had any in our house.
"I normally won't have any windows open no matter how hot it is because I'm so scared of them."
If you're unsure whether to go for this spider repellent, or perhaps another brand, we'd recommend checking out online reviews to see what other shoppers are saying.
Spider season usually hits the UK around September and October, although some Brits say the creepy crawlies have come out early this year due to the warmer weather.
Professors have also confirmed that we ARE seeing more spiders than ever before, which is bad news for arachnophobes who've been stuck inside during lockdown.

Poundland, which has around 800 shops in the UK, doesn't offer a home delivery service.
When The Sun compared prices today, we couldn't find a cheaper spider repellent.
For example, online retailer is selling a similar 500ml spray for £3.95 - which is £2.96 more expensive than Poundland.
You can also buy one plug-in spider repellent for £3 from .
However, Home Bargains was last year selling a spider repellent spray for 99p - but it's not clear if it still sells this product.
