Nando’s and Costa join McDonald’s in closing ALL restaurants over coronavirus
NANDO'S has become the latest restaurant to close its doors due to the coronavirus outbreak.
It follows McDonald's and Costa Coffee which will both close restaurants in the UK and Ireland due to the spread of COVID-19.

Nando's, which has 420 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, revealed that it yesterday "temporarily" closed all restaurants until further notice.
It's says this means you'll no longer be able to dine in store, while takeaway and delivery will also stop.
Any remaining food will be given away to "those who need it most across the community".
The chain's 18,000 staff will be paid their full contracted hours for the next two weeks, with an update due later this week about a longer term package.

In a statement, Nando's added: "The safety and security of our customers and team is always our top priority.
"And with this in mind we have taken the decision to temporarily close all of our restaurants across the UK and Ireland during the course of today, March 22, to help limit the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
"Eat in, takeaway and delivery for customers will all stop until further notice and our remaining food will be given away to those who need it most across the community."
The Peri-Peri chicken chain posted a similar statement on Facebook.

Meanwhile, McDonald's will close all 1,350 stores in the UK and Ireland today.
Costa says it'll also close branches but will, however, "do its best" to keep stores open in hospitals for NHS staff.
The coffee shop says it's temporarily shutting all stores from this evening (March 23).
Cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants were told to close by the end of the day on Friday (March 20) by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

Pret a Manger and Starbucks are also temporarily closing all UK stores due to coronavirus.
While Costa is shutting its doors from today too.
