MCDONALD’S is shutting down all kids’ play areas in the UK over coronavirus fears.
It comes as cases of coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, have jumped to 1,543 in the UK with 55 deaths reported at the time of writing.

McDonald's said the rest of their restaurant facilities are operating as normal, which means customers can still order food and eat-in.
The fast food chain told The Sun its restaurants will remain open, including inside seating areas, as long as government advice says it is safe to do so.
It comes following identical action regarding McDonald's play areas - also known as PlayPlaces - in restaurants across the US.
In the US, McDonald's is also closing all seating areas in restaurants.
