Home Bargains is selling a shimmery raspberry and rose gin for Valentine’s Day
IF you're looking to say "I love you" with gin this Valentine's Day, Home Bargains has a new shimmery raspberry and rose flavoured tipple that'll do just the trick.
The peach-coloured drink is made with raspberry gin that’s been subtly blended with romantic rose flavouring - plus it turns glittery when you shake it.
Bottles of the romantic plonk will be available in all Home Bargains stores nationwide from January 13, priced at £8 for 500ml.
Manchester Drinks, the maker of the drink, says the gin is perfectly paired with lemonade, prosecco or champagne.
Shoppers might want to be quick to grab a bottle though, as we've been told the gin will only be around while stocks last.
Each bottle has an alcohol by volume (ABV) content of 20 per cent as it's a liqueur rather than a pure spirit.
Gin usually has an ABV of between 37.5 and 40 per cent.
As always, remember to be when raising a glass with your loved one.
We expect other retailers to start following suit with their own Valentine's Day tipples, so keep your eyes peeled for more romantic beverages.
Last year, Asda sold a red raspberry and rose flavoured gin for £10 a bottle - making it £2 more expensive than the Home Bargains version.
And back in 2018, Gordon's released a pink version of its world-famous gin for Valentine's Day with the cheapest price at the time costing £13 a bottle.
MORE ON MONEY
Home Bargains is known for its quirky gins - it sold a snow fairy-themed gin for Christmas this year.
It also stocked shimmery pink unicorn and parma violet gins for £8 a bottle.
Plus, there was this blood orange glittery gin that launched in Home Bargains back in September.
