Wetherspoon’s Christmas menu includes chicken, bacon and stuffing pizzas and Baileys bread and butter pudding

FROM festive pizzas and burgers to a Baileys pudding, we reveal what Wetherspoon pub-goers can tuck into in their favourite boozer this Christmas.

The pub chain launched its festive menu last month with the Christmas food already rolled out into its 875 boozers.

For your main course, Spoons has eight new items to choose from, including a chicken, stuffing, bacon and brie pizza.

The 11-inch dish features a tomato base with pieces of chicken breast and an apricot and cranberry stuffing.

There’s also a new Christmas-themed burger, made with a grilled chicken breast, bacon, stuffing, cranberry sauce and topped with two pigs in blankets.

For dessert, Wetherspoon is serving Baileys chocolate bread and butter pudding, which comes with an Irish cream custard.

There's also a melty marshmallow stack with a Lotus Biscoff base and biscuit spread, complete with a chocolate brownie that's been smothered in marshmallow.

For the kids, there’s pigs in blankets mash, served with beans or peas.

Each of the main options include a soft or alcoholic drink from a set list but the price you'll pay for your meal will depend on your location.

Wetherspoon prices vary between restaurants, so check each menu carefully before ordering.

At The Sir John Hawkshaw in London, a festive pizza meal with a drink comes to £9.40, while the Baileys chocolate bread and butter pudding costs £3.90.

But in The Hatter's Inn in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, the same pizza meal costs £7.70, and the Baileys pud comes to £3.40.

In terms of calories, the buttermilk chicken and stuffing burger packs the most at 1,641 including the chips.

The last calorific is the creamy mushroom risotto, which has 470 calories.

The Baileys chocolate bread and butter pudding has 478 calories with custard and the melty mallow stack has 584 calories.

Men are recommended to have no more than 2,500 calories a day, while it's 2,000 for women.

The menu launched on November 13 and is available now until December 24 in all Wetherspoon pubs.
