IT'S not just an M&S advert that's landing on TV screens this morning, it's an M&S Christmas advert featuring television presenters Paddy McGuinness and Emma Willis.
The posh supermarket's Christmas 2019 advert features the pair at a snow-covered "M&S Food Christmas Market" where they sample festive treats at different stalls.
On the menu is turkey wrapped in bacon and brie en croute, which sees the gooey cheese wrapped in puff pastry and served hot for tearing and sharing.
For those with a sweet tooth, the advert sees Emma and Paddy tuck into a pavlova topped in winter berries, and mince pies flavoured with cognac and cider and slathered with salted caramel cream.
M&S says that in total, it's created over 170 new foodie treats for shoppers to try this Christmas.
Of course, in true M&S style the camera lingers slowly on the sumptuous food while Fleetwood Mac's Albatross is sung by a children's choir also stationed at the market.
And it's not just any old children's choir, it's the award-winning choir from Ysgol Gynradd Llwyncelyn primary school in Wales, who shot to fame after winning Songs of Praise Choir of the Year in 2018.
Among the shoppers in the Christmas market, you'll also see the famous faces of television presenters Amanda Holden and Rochelle Humes.
The full 90-second advert launched on YouTube and on social media this morning and will have its TV debut at 11.25am today during the ad breaks on ITV's This Morning.
In addition, there will be eight different shorter 30-second adverts focused on one particular food item, such as M&S' clementine gin liqueur in a snow globe bottle.
Sharry Cramond, food marketing director at M&S said: "The choir totally captured our hearts, their voices sprinkled a special kind of magic on our ad which this year focuses on our colleagues showing and telling customers about our fuss free, delicious and great value Christmas food.”
But M&S isn't the only retailer to have launched its 2019 Christmas advert.
Aldi's Christmas advert plays on popular drama Peaky Blinders and sees Kevin the Carrot fight off the Leafy Blinders Brussels sprout gang.
But fans say Amazon's Christmas advert featuring singing parcels is the "best ad seen on TV so far", while Argos’ Christmas advert features its "book of dreams" and a crowd surfing toy bear.
Asda's Christmas advert has a heartwarming story behind its northern lights festive campaign.
