Martin Lewis explains how to get £250 worth of beauty products with M&S’ £40 advent calendar
MARTIN Lewis has revealed how shoppers can get £250 worth of beauty products by snapping up a £40 advent calendar at M&S.
The calendar includes 25 windows with mini products from popular brands such as Aveda, L’Occitane, Eyeko and Ren.

If you instead bought the items separately from the cheapest retailers, you'd have to fork out more than £250, the money guru explained on today.
The £40 advent calendar rolls out in M&S stores and on today, but you'll have to spend £25 on M&S clothing, beauty or homeware in store or online to be able to get it, he added.
We expect it to be popular so it's best to be quick if you don't want to miss out.
By buying the calendar, you'll also get a voucher for 20 per cent off on M&S' beauty products, which can be used between December 25 and February 29 next year.

Even if you don’t have much use for an advent calendar, it works out cheaper if you're looking to stock up on new beauty products.
The savvy tip comes as the money guru last week explained how to buy £170 worth of Christmas presents for just £42 at Boots.
There are also other retailers where you can save big by stocking up on advent calendars.
For example, costs £99 but has £250 worth of goodies inside – a saving of £151.
