Poundland to unveil range of £10 products from next month including bulk boxes of washing powder
POUNDLAND will unveil a range of £10 products from next month.
The chain launched a 24-store trial in August including goods priced 50p, 75p, £3 and £4.
Trade magazine The Grocer said that Poundland is set to roll out a new wider range of price points across the whole chain next month.
The new products are in the household, health and beauty and grocery ranges with the chain increasingly focusing on big brands such as breakfast cereals.
Products at the new higher price points include bulk boxes of Ariel, Fairy and Bold washing powder at £10.
Poundland’s Mat Ankers told The Grocer mag that the move is part of a change from a “single price” to a “simple price”.
The £1 line-up first expanded to £2 and £5 items in 2017.
It launched frozen foods this month with the items being extended to four more stores by November.
Poundland has 850 stores across the UK. You can find your nearest one using its store locator tool.
