Lidl is selling two 28-day matured sirloin steaks for a bargain price
IF you're looking to make a steak dinner this week, you may want to check Lidl's latest meaty bargain.
The discounter is selling a 454g pack of two 28-day matured sirloin steaks with peppercorn butter for £6.99.
It's quite a good deal considering the supermarket usually sells a pack of one for £4.
Lidl's Birchwood British beef sirloin steaks are available in shops across the UK only, while its Strathvale Scotch steaks are on sale in stores in Scotland.
The cuts are on a limited offer and will only be sold while stocks last - so you'll have to be quick if you don't want to miss out.
For those watching their waistline, bear in mind that the sirloin steaks have 227kcal per 100g.
The steaks are selling at the fraction of the price of a restaurant sirloin - which usually costs around £15 per serving, according to Lidl.
If you miss the deal, Morrisons is currently offering two 200g British steaks for £7 instead of £8 - although you'll need to buy the peppercorn sauce separately.
Looking for more bargains? Lidl is also selling Halloween pasta for 99p for a 500g bag.
You can also make your own pumpkin spice latter at home for just 25p with the supermarket's new coffee range.
For those already looking forward to Christmas it might be worth checking Lidl's new festive menu.
Mouth-watering treats you'll be able to feast on in December include a yard-long pig in blanket and an espresso martini roulade.
