FAMOUS toy store Hamleys has revealed its top ten toys for Christmas - and traditional brands such as Lego and Pictionary are back, but with a twist.
The toy retailer has also predicted the games that will encourage kids to “play, develop and grow”.
Prices start at £20, but a Lol Surprise Chalet Doll House comes in at a hefty £250.
This is what Hamleys reckons your kids will want under the Christmas tree this year - in no particular order.
Scruff-a-Luv’s My Real Rescue - £40 -
This fluffy toy reacts to how you nurture it and features more than 35 lifelike sounds and interactions including shivering, whimpering, feeding and hiccups.
When you take it out of the box it trembles with fear - you will need to give it a nice warm bath and groom it to make it feel loved.
The toy is also , and is .
Coding Critters - £40 -
Coding Critters is a storybook adventure which teaches your kids to code without a screen.
The game allows users to teach toy dogs called Ranger and Zip to play games like fetch and hide and seek.
It could teach your little ones how to be tech geniuses - while having fun at the same time.
This toy is currently £2 less though at £37.99 and comes into stock there on October 12.
Pictionary Air - £20 -
Hamleys thinks a “smart” version of family favourite Pictionary will be flying off the shelves this year.
Pictionary Air works via an app which allows players to draw in the air and see the image on a screen via an app, which you can mirror onto your TV screen.
The best price we've found for this toy is , although it is only in stock in store.
Smart Pixelator - £70 -
Another toy not to be missed this Christmas is the Smart Pixelator – a device that allows kids to pixelate and build their own 2D or 3D design using Bluetooth.
Hamleys says the toy encourages "customisation and experimentation", letting kids create their own projects and turn them into real items using tiny beads as the pixels.
Argos currently has this as part of its big pre-Christmas toy sale, so you can at the moment.
LOL Surprise Chalet Dollhouse - £250
The popularity of LOL Surprise toys does not seem to be slowing - Hamleys reckons kids will be desperate for this extravagant dolls house this year.
Made from real wood, the chalet has six rooms, and includes a light-up ice skating rink, working ski lift and a chimney that really snows.
At £250, it is the most expensive item on Hamleys' list - and is only available from the end of this month.
This seems to be the best price out there at the moment, coming in the same as Smyths Toys and website Very.co.uk.
Nerf Fortnight RL - £30
Inspired by the blaster used in the popular Fortnite video game, this is bound to be a favourite this year.
The toy includes two nerf rockets, and allows you to load, prime and fire in three quick steps.
As well as being , it is currently on sale on .
Poopsie Surprise Dolls - £50
These popular mystery dolls come with 20 surprises, including DIY slime powder and fashion accessories.
The doll also comes with rainbow highlighter to use on your face, on her face, or to mix into your slime.
There are four to collect, and they seem to be priced at either £49.99 or £50 at all other major retailers.
Oblique Drifter - £60
Boys and girls can have hours of fun with this remote four-wheel drive controlled buggy - although be aware it's not designed for children to ride in themselves.
As well as being able to climb, the buggy can rotate 360-degrees and drift - making it perfect for rocky terrain.
It also plays music, so you can have the tunes blasting as you play.
The toy won't be available until November - so keep an eye out for stock as it is bound to be popular.
As it is not out yet, we don't know whether it will be available cheaper elsewhere.
Lego Hidden Side, Paranormal Bus 3,000 - £55 -
Lego remains ever-popular, but this year Hamleys thinks the Lego Hidden Side, Paranormal Bus 3,000 will be top of people’s wish list.
You can build the spooky Lego model before downloading an app to make it come to life in virtual reality.
The school bus features cool tech details and includes six figures, including heroes Jack and Parker, J.B., Nanna, Bill, and ghost dog Spencer.
It is currently on offer on .
Linkimals, Smooth Moves Sloth - £35 -
Pre-schoolers will enjoy Linkimals Slow Moves Sloth; an interactive toy that works with other Linkimals when played with.
The toy is designed to get your baby moving and learning with exciting lights, music, songs, and groovy dance moves.
If you press the buttons on the character's feet you can learn about numbers, colours and more.
You can currently buy this toy in .
More on Money
You might think it's too early to be thinking about Christmas, but Argos has already started its toy sale - so it's the perfect time to start buying those stocking fillers.
And Smyths Toys is giving shoppers £10 off but you have to spend £50 to get it.
Meanwhile, a mum revealed this week how she buys toys for her two girls for as little as £1.
