From facials to fitness these age-defying celebs share their secrets to looking flawless without filler
A little help from Photoshop may also be used to boost these stars' model looks
A WOMAN’S confidence can take a knock when you see glamorous young stars showing off their fresh faces, taut torsos and perky boobs.
Even worse are pictures of stunning older stars showing no signs of the ageing process that leaves the rest of us with wrinkles and cellulite.
There is not a wrinkle or saggy bit in sight on the mother of two.
While most middle-aged women are fighting crow’s feet, dark circles under their eyes, sagging jawlines and spreading hips, some showbiz show-offs arguably look better than ever.
So how do they do it?
You might think it’s all down to clever surgeons, Botox and filler.
But few of these timeless temptresses let anyone else take the credit.
Kelly Brook
Model KELLY BROOK, 37, claims her secret is pure happiness.
She once said: “I’m not the person who says, ‘I’ve had 20 boob jobs’ or ‘I have Botox every two months’.
“I truly believe beauty comes from within. If you’re happy, not only will you look better, you’ll be a good partner and a good friend too.
“I am natural — I don’t have hair extensions or anything.”
Rachel Stevens
RACHEL STEVENS, 39, formerly of teenybopper favourites S Club 7, is as fresh-faced as she was during the band’s chart-topping days.
She reckons her 2008 stint on Strictly Come Dancing changed her body for ever.
Rachel said: “Strictly Come Dancing taught me dancing is the best way to keep fit and healthy.”
She swears by regular facials and has never admitted to having cosmetic surgery although, perhaps tellingly, she has previously said: “Never say never.”

Louise Redknapp
Since becoming best mates with Daisy Lowe and ending her marriage to husband Jamie, LOUISE REDKNAPP, 42, has surprised us with her “Eternal” youth.
The singer claims “facial reflexology” is the key and wears factor 50 sunscreen every day.
In 2014 she said: “I’m not into plastic surgery. If you start messing around with your whole face, you run the risk of looking weird.”
Melanie Sykes
MELANIE SYKES, who turned 47 recently, must sleep in Tupperware to stay so fresh.
She says swapping her old advertising favourite Boddingtons for burpees has paid off handsomely.
And while the TV host admits to having fake boobs, she insists that is where her plastic surgery ends.
She said: “I don’t know anyone who’s had any sort of surgery and actually looks good.”
Liz Hurley
Liz has never spoken about Botox, although she was rumoured to have had a nose job in her youth.
So if you want to look good into your forties and beyond, remember: It is not all about secretive surgeons.
It’s about facials, fitness, inner happiness and maybe just a little occasional help from Photoshop, too.
