A MUMSNET user has shared a list of holiday complaints from her “miserable b*****d husband” – and it’s hilarious.

Her partner’s gripes include the beach being “too sandy” and the gorge they visited proving “too rocky”.

Titling the post: “Anybody else on holiday with a miserable b*****d husband?”, the user who goes by the name Nettletheeif wrote: “I seem to have found myself on holiday with Victor Meldrew”.

She explained that her “DH” – Mumsnet code for Darling Husband – had suggested visiting a hot Mediterranean island for a week in the sun without the kids.

Nettletheeif, who is 45, told how she and her partner, 52, are both “very fit and healthy” and happily married – except on THIS holiday, where she admitted she had been tempted to “murder him”.

She then listed his complaints, one of which was being too hot.

Nettletheeif observed: “We’re in the f*****g Mediterranean in August. Of course it’s sodding hot.”

He had also whinged about being too warm to sleep which had made him “a bit grumpy”.

On top of this, he whinged that the sand on the beach was “too hot to walk on” and “too fine”, meaning it got stuck to things, “causing dismay”.

After an organised long walk through an area of outstanding natural beauty, Nettletheeif said her other half was disappointed in it as it was “too stony” and made his legs sore.

Not only that, the world heritage site they visited was apparently “a bit boring”.

Foreign chocolate was also “not up to UK standards”.

Nettletheeif asked: “Is this inevitable? Do they all turn into whinging b*****ds? We know loads of them, and I always thought DH compared well. He doesn’t!

“It’s enough to put me off going on holiday with him again.”

Her light-hearted post was shared on the , where it went down a storm.

One Twitter user wrote: “Haha! Love this, makes me glad to be single... at what age do (some) men become grumpy b*****s?!”

Another commented: “It happens in young too! Took friends to have Selfridges FH picnic in Hype Pk. 'Couldn't find anything' to eat so had an M&S cheese sarnie!”

Earlier this year we told how a Mumsnet user wanted to BAN a "fussy f***er" nine-year-old mate of her daughter from their home.

We also brought you these hilarious images which prove why mums are the funniest members of the family - even when they don’t mean to be.
