The Teletubbies have had BABIES… and freaked out fans can’t work out who hooked up with who

THE Teletubbies have had babies – and confused fans can’t cope.

Tinky-Winky, Laa-Laa, Dipsy and Po have eight mini-mes living in the Home Dome with them, and they’re called the Tiddlytubbies.

First discovered by Twitter user , the Teletubbies' official website confirmed the good news.

A spokesperson revealed: “The Tiddlytubbies live in their own special part of the Home Dome with the #Teletubbies. Have you spotted these small, cute character?”

The tots are called: Baa, Umby Pumby, Ping, Daa Daa, Nin, Mi-Mi and Duggle Dee.

They have their own individual colours and apparently go to “Tiddlytubbies Sleepybyes” on their musical roundy-round bed.

The Tiddlytubbies have caused a storm on social media with freaked out fans trying to work out who their parents are.

Kim Craven wrote: “Just wasted time figuring out which Teletubbies are the parents of which Tiddlytubbies. A scandal emerged!”

A user called MrCrystalballer commented: “And when did the tellytubbies have kids!?

"Must have missed late night edition. Did Po Dipsy his TinkyWinky in someone’ss Laa-Laa?”

Laura said: “With each other? I thought they were all guys? Since when? I have so many questions…”

A user called The Godking wrote: “They had sex?!”

There is no official confirmation concerning the parentage of the Tiddlytubbies.

Teletubbies debuted on CBBC in 1997 and ran until 2001.

Fans were overjoyed when it was revived in 2015 for a new block of episodes.
