Exhausted mum threatens to SELL her ‘terror’ toddler, two, on eBay after he smeared nappy cream all over her 52-inch TV

Georgia Joyce, 23, didn't know 'whether to laugh or cry' when she saw the brand new device covered in Sudocrem

A WORN-OUT mum threatened to put her “terror” tot up for sale after discovering he had covered the entire 52-inch TV in Sudocrem - after he was left alone for just 90 seconds.

Georgia Joyce, 23, didn't know “whether to laugh or cry” as she snapped her little boy Charlie, two, after smearing the antiseptic cream all over the brand new device on Sunday.

The full-time mum had momentarily left him while making him a sandwich and returned to discover the TV covered.

If that wasn’t bad enough, the thick white goo was also smeared all over her sofa and carpet and Charlie’s body.

Georgia admitted she found the moment hilarious and couldn't bring herself to stop his “creativity” because he was so proud and “the damage was already done”, so she simply snapped away.

However husband Michael Joyce, 25, didn't share Georgia's laid-back approach and was furious with their “comical” boy's antics – giving him a telling off.

Georgia, from Peterlee in Sunderland, said: "I am just ready to put him on eBay. He is my only child but he is enough. This isn't just a one off. It is the terrible twos.

"I didn't know what to do. It was one of those moments where I thought 'do I laugh or cry?'

"You can see in the pictures how proud of himself he was. He was so proud of what he had done. It was his dad that was furious, I couldn't stop laughing.

"The damage was already done so I thought there was no point stopping him. He was having the time of his life. Every parent goes through these moments.

"He does such random things. He is hilarious and a little terror at the same time. He lives up to his name of 'cheeky Charlie'."

The mum-of-one then took to social media to post the hilarious pictures along with the caption “Anyone want a child? It won't come out the brand new carpet or sofa.”

Georgia said: "I think it is just a rite of passage that a child has a Sudocrem incident.

"How can you tell a two-year-old off for something he is so proud of? Do I punish his creativity? Their minds are different to ours.

"We have got as much as we can out. We can still use the TV but it has stained the carpet and sofa. It is just so oily. We will just have to keep scrubbing."

The mum revealed that the family have only lived in this house for just two months and all of their new furniture is now stained.

Georgia said: "He just does the most hilarious stuff. He is so comical. I'm really laid back and I just laugh at him but his dad tells him off.

"He is very active. If you imagine the most destructive two-year-old boy that is him. I share stories of him with family and friends quite a lot.
