Aldi is launching FOUR new ready-to-cook meal kits offering five dinners for two people for £14.95… and it’s 71 per cent cheaper than using Hello Fresh

ALDI has launched four new ready-to-cook meal kits, so you can enjoy a meal every night of the week for as little as £1.60 a day.

The new meals are part of their ever-expanding ‘Ready, Set, Cook!’ range and are advertised as offering “healthy, tasty , and quick-to-cook meals that can be prepared in less than 15 minutes.”

There are four dishes in the new range: Chicken Tikka (£2.99), Chicken Fajita (£2.99), BBQ Pork Stir Fry (£2.99) and Beef Stroganoff (£3.99).

Five meals for two people in the Aldi range cost £14.95 - a whopping 71 per cent cheaper than five boxes from the likes of delivery service Hello Fresh, which cost £52.

Customers will be able to take advantage of the new dishes in stores from July 27.

According to Aldi: “Fresh vegetables are measured and cut in advance and placed alongside deliciously marinated meat in a variety of tasty flavours.

“Containing 100 per cent British Chicken, Red Tractor Assured Pork or Red Tractor Assured Beef, the kits are perfect for the time-poor and health-conscious.”

In comparison, Hello Fresh offer the chance for customers to select recipes from weekly menus, which will be delivered, along with the fresh ingredients, to your door.

Aldi has also launched its summer fun range, including a Frozen-themed hot tub, slip n' slide, kids' play tent set.
