You won’t believe what Love Island’s Gabby Allen looked like a year ago
LOVE Island’s Gabby Allen is one of the fittest contestants in the Love Island villa – in every sense of the word.
The bubbly Liverpudlian – who has hooked up with favourite Marcel Somerville – is a personal trainer and has abs to die for.
But she wasn’t always that toned.
Gabby recently shared pictures of the way she looked a year ago, before becoming a fitness instructor and getting seriously ripped.
While she still looks brilliant in a bikini – and she was quick to point out that she was happy with both looks - the transformation is still remarkable.
Posting the before and after pictures on , she wrote: “Both pictures I was in a state of happiness. Left picture, I had been in Asia for 6 months, travelling, living the dream.
“I’d met some of the most amazing people, seen some amazing things and partied non stop. Did absolutely zero exercise aside from the odd dip in a pool or dancing in the club at night.
“Right pic, coming back to UK, getting a job as a fitness instructor @moveyourframe and going from there.
“Living a different dream; Finding a passion for fitness and teaching, working my butt off towards being the best I can be. Still partying but enjoying a balance.
“I was a little too skinny (for my mum and brothers liking) just before Xmas, due to working out up to 8 hours a day and not eating enough. But now! I don't stop eating!”
The photo went down well with her 341,000 followers, with over a thousand likes.
One fan commented: “Go girl! Both happy which is the most important thing.”

And then landing Marcel in the Love Island villa.
