Fans of the Baywatch star can now rent out her stunning Malibu home – but it will set you back a staggering £39,000 each month.

The star splashed out on the luxury pad back in 2008 and has seen its value escalate from £1.4million ($1.8million) to over £5.5million ($7million), thanks to extensive remodelling.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located in Malibu Colony, which is one of the most exclusive areas in LA.

What sets the house apart from other incredible listings in the area is that it is split over two separate buildings, with a giant swimming pool as the focal point in the middle.

The front building has the main living areas, such as a large kitchen and dining room, as well as the main master bedroom and bathroom.

And the sumptuous master suite even comes with its own private balcony and stairs that lead to a sun terrace, which no doubt attracted the stunning Baywatch star.

Perfect for hosting guest and parties, the second building has space for others to stay and features the further two bedrooms and bathrooms.

The large dining area is perfect for the 49-year-old actress to entertain guests, and dazzles with an eye-catching chandelier, open fireplace and rustic dining table.

There is even a white piano in the living area, so musical hosts can serenade visitors in the open-plan home.
