PIEING THE POOL

This is the real reason the Love Island contestants hardly ever use the villa’s luxury infinity pool

WITH scorching heat and a stunning infinity pool in their garden, you’d imagine the Love Island cast are desperate for a swim to cool off.

But viewers have been left baffled and taken to social media to ponder the big question – why do the housemates hardly ever go for dip?

Hundreds of fans have taken to Twitter to ponder the issue, and thankfully an ex Love Island contestant has revealed the specific reason why many cast members avoided the pool in her series.

Kady McDermott, who starred on the show last year, revealed to !: “Last year we didn’t actually get in the pool a lot because it’s so cold.

“Because we went into the villa at the end of May and it’s just about getting in to summer, the pool hasn’t been heated or anything.”

One Twitter user said: “Do the girls ever go in the pool? Like seriously they must be baking.”

Another commented: “If someone doesn’t cannonball into the Love Island pool soon I’m gonna smash up! Look at that pool man, it’s the best looking thing there.”

Meanwhile one wrote: “Annoys me how In love island there is a beaut pool and nobody uses it they just paddle there feet in it. I’d be the one doing cannon balls.”
