Who is Rachel Evans? Human Barbie with her own box who has spent £20,000 to become a real-life doll
BARBIE is loved by thousands of young girls - but not all her fans are children.
Rachel Evans has spent £20,000 on plastic surgery to become a real-life Barbie doll. Here's her story...
Who is Rachel Evans?
Rachel is a single mum-of-one from Essex - who has a son called Rees.
The now 45-year-old spiralled into depression when Rees' identical twin brother was still born - and as her relationship with her partner came to an end.
She explained: "After that traumatic time, I was a broken woman and it showed."
Rachel also battled anorexia, and her weight dropped to seven stone.
How has Rachel Evans made herself look like a Barbie doll?
Rachel has spent £20,000 on plastic surgery - including a boob job (taking her from a 32AA to a 32D), nose job, lip fillers, jaw tightening, Botox, cheek augmentation and eye lift - to make her look like Barbie.
She also runs up to eight miles a day to maintain Barbie's tiny figure, hits the gym five times a week and lives on a diet of chicken, rice and tuna.
Rachel started her surgery journey at the age of 30 - and says she has no plans to stop until she turns 80.
She is especially a fan of Barbie's "frozen" look, saying: “Every woman should be like Barbie and if they don’t they’re doing something wrong.
“When girls judge me it’s because they can’t look like me”.
Where would I know Rachel Evans from?
Rachel has made a number of TV appearances - including First Dates, in 2014, and Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, in 2016.
The model, who won was crowned TFE Bikini Champion Over 35 in 2013, has also appeared on This Morning - and will feature in Channel 5's new show OMG: My Barbie Body.
She has even released her own book, Inside The Studio With Rachel, which can be bought as a hardback from Amazon, an Ebook or a £5.49 PDF download.
Is Rachel Evans single?
Yes, she is currently single - and hoping to find her very own Ken doll.
But she says she won't settle for someone to doesn't take care of himself.
We wonder if 'human Ken doll' Rodrigo Alves, who has spent £400,000 on surgery, could be the man for the job.
