‘Kardashians of Kent’ devastate bride-to-be by slamming her wedding dress choices… saying one makes her look like ‘sausage skin’
Niki, 37, was apprehensive about finding her dream dress due to her size 22 figure and curveous-like-Kim's bottom
A BRIDE-to-be whose family are dubbed "the Kardashians of Kent" was left in tears after her mum and sister cruelly criticised her wedding dress choices... saying one made her look like "sausage skin".
Niki, 37, was apprehensive about finding her dream dress due to her size 22 figure and curvaceous bottom.
Her sister Charlotte compared them to the famous family because they have "big bums" and aren't afraid to voice their opinions.
They are also now reality TV stars too, as Niki's hunt for her bridal gown features on TLC show Curvy Brides Boutique.
Niki's sister and mum Anne didn't hold back their opinions when she asked them to help her pick a wedding dress.
The bride-to-be said she was used to them being brutally honest.
"We're not one of those families that might skirt around it or sugar coat things. If it looks horrendous or bad I will get a flat out, 'No, you look awful,'" she said.

True to form, Anne and Charlotte didn't sugar-coat their views as Niki tried on a number of gowns at at Curves and Couture in Essex, which specialises in helping plus-size brides.
"You look like a meringue," Anne declared when Niki tried on her first dress, a full-skirted design embellished with sequins.
"If it was in red, you would look like the emoji of the dancing woman," Charlotte added, as struggled to control her giggles.
Niki said she had liked the dress but her "sister's horrified face put me right off it."
The next one she tried on, with figure-hugging lace and a mermaid tail, also got the thumbs down, leaving Niki on the verge of tears.
"No, I don't think it suits your figure. It is a bit like a sausage skin," Charlotte told her.
A third princess dress was then rejected because it made her look "like Elsa from Frozen".
"It really didn't flatter as much as it should," Charlotte said.
"It made her looks like Elsa out of Frozen - but she didn't even look that good."
"I don't think Elsa from Frozen looks that good anyway," Anne chimed in.
Boutique owners Jo Cooke and Alison Law were shocked by Anne and Charlotte's harsh criticism which made Niki feel teary and deflated every time she retreated to the changing rooms.
Alison said: "She looked amazing in the second dress but the reaction from mum and her sister was almost like all the wind went out of her sails, and she said 'OK, I don't like it, let's go for another one.'"
The pair urged her to consider her own opinion first over that of her family.
"I do value their opinion. I would hope if I love something, they would love it as well. When they don't like something, it instantly turns me off as well," Niki explained.
Eventually the family found a dress they did all agreed on, to Niki and the store owners' relief.
Alison was glad they were finally able to satisfy the "Kardashians of Kent".
"I didn't think she would buy a dress today, I have to be honest, I really didn't. But she did and she looked amazing," she said.
