FASHION and lifestyle YouTuber Roxxsaurus road tested budget bikinis - each bought for under £8 on eBay - in her latest video.
The popular vlogger shared the budget shopping haul with her 1.9 million viewers, with mixed reviews for the bargain swimwear.
In the YouTube post uploaded to Roxi said: "I am going to be trying on bikinis from eBay. I don’t know what’s going to happen so well but hopefully they’ll be one that I really like."
The first swimsuit on the YouTuber's list was this light blue number with an embellished trim.
Roxi said: "It is nothing like I remember in the actual photo on eBay.
“The quality does seem like not the best material. I really like it but I’m very disappointed with the fact that it’s not like the picture at all.”
Next you Roxi tried a cute, pink and white candy striped bikini.
She said: “The picture was really super fitted and everything but when I tried it on it just was not flattering on my top half.
“This top half was just loose and baggy. But the bottoms did fit really nicely.”
In addition to the ill fit of the two piece suit, the separate choker and arm bands left the vlogger a little bemused, and concerned about the bizarre tan lines.
Next up Youtuber Roxi opted for a bright white strapless number.
She said: "This is so tight you guys, I don’t know if that’s my chest. This was just so tiny but the bottom part again was actually quite nicely fitted.
"The bottoms are really out there, it’s not something I would wear to go sunbathing or swimming because the cut is really high so you really see your sides."
The YouTuber next tried on a daring strappy swimsuit with revealing lace-up panels down the side of the bottoms.
She said: "When I saw this in the photos I thought it would look really cute and quite edgy.
"But when I tried it on I thought I kind of looked like a sausage that’s been wrapped around in string.
"I still really like the bottoms but I don’t know how flattering they are on me personally."
Lastly Roxi tried on this bright pink flamingo style number, which she admitted was not a bikini.
She said: "When I first saw this on the website I thought you can’t go wrong.
"This is the simplest swimsuit/bikini you could buy and I thought this would be very nicely fitted but I was very wrong.
"The bottom is very stretchy and is just hanging loose so I don’t know what’s going on with it."
Recently stunning YouTuber Emily Canham tried on eBay prom dresses for under £12… and one of them was a must-buy.
