Jeremy Kyle guest who is dating his COUSIN is forced to take a lie detector test after claims that he cheated on her

A JEREMY Kyle guest who is dating his cousin was forced to take a lie detector test on today's show after claims he had been cheating on her.

Avril appeared on the talk show with her boyfriend and family member Macauley after her sister Paige accused him of sleeping with other women.

Paige told Jeremy how her sister's relationship with their cousin was a joke, especially as she claimed he had cheated and was too controlling.

She said: "It is vile that she is sleeping with our cousin. At the end of the day she needs to open her eyes and realise what he is like."

The couple then appeared on the stage, with Avril pledging to leave him if he failed the lie detector test.

And even though she admitted she knew Macauley had been unfaithful twice in the past, Avril said it was only because he thought she had been with another man.

She explained to Jeremy: "I asked him why he done it and he said it was because Paige was causing loads of trouble and put it into his head that I was cheating on him."

Later in the show, Katie, an ex-girlfriend of Macauley appeared on the show with her friend Vicky - and they too accused him of being unfaithful.

When it came to the lie detector results, it appeared that he had been telling the truth and hadn't cheated on Avril.

But despite passing the test and proving he hadn't been unfaithful, viewers were still outraged by the relationship.

Rose wrote on Twitter: ""I'll prove my cousin is cheating on my sister" .. Jeremy Kyle never fails to make me laugh! how grim."

Dan said: "Watched Jeremy Kyle for one minute and there's a lad dating his cousin. I'm done."

While Jessica added: "Sleeping with your cousin...Oh Jeremy Kyle, your show never disappoints."

In an update on Twitter once the show had aired, the Jeremy Kyle Show tweeted that Avril and Macauley had remained in a relationship, despite Paige's attempts to split them up.

It comes after yesterday's show, where a Jeremy Kyle guest was cruelly trolled by viewers for coming onto the show in a thick pair of glasses.

While, the previous day, an angry guest tried to pick a fight with an audience member for staring at him.
