Stunning photos show music icons David Bowie, Damon Albarn and Morrissey as you’ve never seen them before
Photographer Pat Pope is showing off stunning pictures of some of his never-before-seen work
NEVER before seen pictures of some of music's greatest icons are set to go on display to the public for the first time.
The stunning snaps of the likes of David Bowie, Damon Albarn, Lou Reed and Morrissey were taken by acclaimed photographer Pat Pope over the last 20 years.
And now Pat, who made a living out of taking pictures of pop stars, is selling the rare pictures.
The snapper rose to fame in the 90s, capturing some of world's biggest stars, and he's chosen a collection of previously unseen images, looking back on his favourite shoots from the past two decades, to sell.
The pictures, which are going on sale at Hampstead's Zebra One Gallery in London, include two rare David Bowie portraits and an extraordinary image of him in his Indian stage outfit ahead of his Amnesty International show.
He invited Pat to shoot him on stage but the photographer's admitted he had to pretend to take shots as his film had run out.
The collection also features Pat's hero Lou Reed, an iconic shot of Morrissey who he "drove in (his) cigarette and fast-food festooned car" to the shoot - much to his embarrassment - and an intimate hotel room portrait of Radiohead.
