Would you dare to wear this unusual clothing item?

Last month, Topshop launched a pair of “clear knee mum jeans”, which quickly went viral due to their unusual design.
The daring denim trousers, that had plastic patches at the knees, soon became known as the “worst jeans ever”

Topshop have marketed the £55 design as “clear plastic straight leg jeans”.
The fashion giant urges people to wear the trousers, which they claim are “guaranteed to get people talking”.
Unlike ordinary jeans, their new non-denim clothing item is totally transparent.
The cropped trousers, which are hemmed just above the ankle, look almost like tailored cling-film.
On Topshop’s official website, they market the “jeans” as being “ideal as a statement piece for a festival or costume party”.
They also recommend: “Take the look to the extreme with a bikini and sequin jacket or dress down, layered under an oversized jumper or asymmetric hem dress.”
Unsurprisingly, social media users don’t seem to be completely taken by the eye-catching trousers.
Some accused the store of taking things “too far” with the design, which had left many feeling “shocked”.
One shopper asked the retailer if they were feeling okay, while another added: “Go home Topshop, you’re drunk”.
Last month, Urban Outfitters were slammed for their new "extreme crop top", which left your boobs completely exposed.
And these Disney Princess lingerie sets left shoppers feeling divided.
