The glitter butt make-up trend is sweeping Instagram… but are YOU brave enough to try it?
Just don't ask how to get the stray bits of sparkle out of your nether regions
IT’S the most bizarre beauty trend since vajazzling.
But a glitter butt – women dousing their nether regions in tons of sparkles – is the latest make-up craze to sweep Instagram.
Mia Kennington, a London-based make-up artist, created the bonkers yet surprisingly pretty look, which is likely to be a massive hit come festival season.
Mia, who is part of the UK glitter body paint collective The Gypsy Shrine, was inspired by sandy beach bums.
She has shared photographs of the look on her page, which shows models rocking gold, mermaid turquoise and rainbow stripe designs.

Glitter butts is for the body-brave only as you’ll have to wear a barely-there leotard or a pair of micro shorts to show it off.

Glitter nipples began gaining momentum after US model Binx Walton stormed down the Saint Laurent runway at Paris Fashion Week SS17 with her left breast adorned with silver studs.
Miley Cyrus has also been seen sporting the daring trend while appearing on a US chat show.
Miley – a staunch advocate of the ‘Free The Nipple’ movement – gets her Swarovski nip bling from Brit brand Ruth Melbourne.
She told how normal girls can wear the jewels: “The best way to wear them is to use spirit gum adhesive, especially if you’re on a night out and don’t want a nip slip.”
Fashion blogger Daisy Keens has shared candid shots of herself rocking the look.
