IT’S not unusual for celebrity homes to be flogged for a fortune – so it comes to no surprise that Sir Tom Jones’ Los Angeles mansion is on the market at an eye-watering £6.45million.
The Welsh powerhouse has turned his attention to the property market as the sixth series of The Voice reached its conclusion.
Sir Tom’s luxurious half an acre sprawling pad is nestled in Mulholland Estates, Beverly Hills.
Not only is it located in a hotspot for the rich and famous, it also offers up breath-taking views over the city of Los Angeles.
The compound was purchased by the 76-year-old singer in 1998, when he splashed out just over £2.1million on his new home.
Over the decades, the What’s New Pussycat hit-maker has refurbished his home to fit his personal style.
The floors, carpets and furnishings are brought to life with eye-catching leopard print designs, which are an ongoing theme throughout the lavish estate.

There’s no doubt that Tom’s five-bedroom property will attract plenty of attention from buyers as it boasts some very unique characteristics.
