What is important to you when it comes to success?

In the jungle I said I’d rather have a million laughs than a million pounds and that’s still so true. Having a laugh is a big part of life for me – if you can’t laugh every day then you’re missing out.

What is your funniest life moment?

When I was in the jungle, right at the beginning and Larry Lamb had to save me from sinking in my canoe. It was so surreal I couldn’t stop laughing.

What are you up to at the moment?

It’s been crazy since leaving the jungle. My Saturday nights are spent with two of my heroes, Ant and Dec.

I’m loving being part of the Saturday Night Takeaway family. I’m in my element chatting to random strangers and taking them back to the studio – in a helicopter of all things.

How has your life changed since Gogglebox?

I can hardly believe it. Working with Ant and Dec is so surreal. I wrote in my book that it would be a dream come true to work with them and here I am going for dinner with them.
Do you feel famous now?

Not really, I feel more like I’ve gained thousands of friends.

It’s nice when people come up to me in the street and give me a hug, I love it.

Scarlett says her biggest achievements are her 13 GCSEs, after her school teachers said she'd never get anyCredit: PA

What’s you biggest life achievement?

When I was in year nine at school I was told I’d get no GCSEs by teachers who didn’t believe in me – but I ended up leaving with 13 A*s to Cs so I’m pretty proud of that.

Who have you been star struck by?

Honestly I’m star struck by all the celebs. Meeting Tom Hardy on the Alan Carr Chatty Man Christmas Special was pretty cool.

I loved hanging out with Mary Berry at the NTAs, although I was wearing tiger feet slippers.

How do you enjoy days off?

I crave seeing my friends and family and just having a laugh really. I’m learning to take a moment to enjoy the little things in life – whacking my hair up in a bun, sticking on the TV and having a giggle is my idea of a perfect night.

Do you still get time to watch your favourite TV shows?

Definitely, it’s funny because if I’m watching something I’ll text my mum to see if she’s watching it at the same time and we’ll message each other comments.
