This incredible rotating Dubai hotel means no one’s room overlooks the car park
Each floor at the Dynamic Hotel will be able to rotate 360 degrees independently
EVERYBODY wants the sea view when they check into a hotel but most of the time you end up with a window overlooking the car park.
However, at the new rotating skyscraper in Dubai no one will get a rubbish view.
The Dynamic Hotel, scheduled to be built in 2020, will be able to rotate 360 degrees so the view inside changes endlessly.
Numerous apartments will be built on separate floors, which can each rotate independently using voice-activated technology.

That means each guest can wake up with the sun rising into their bedroom and also enjoy the sunset over the ocean at dinner time.
The skyscraper will also have wind turbines positioned horizontally between each floor and solar panels on the roof, so it will be entirely self-powered.
David Fischer of the architecture firm Dynamic Group designed the creation from a belief that “the motionless state of today’s houses does not reflect people’s actual lives, where everything is constantly changing”.
He believes that hotels and homes should instead be able to “move following the sun or the wind, and adjust to their tenants’ life and mood”.
The entire building will be made from pre-fabricated units, which are then attached separately to a central concrete core.
