The Chase contestant has fans – and Bradley Walsh – cringing as he admits crush on The Vixen
Wes turned down a higher offer of £52,000 as he was worried he'd be distracted by Jenny Ryan's good looks
A CONTESTANT on The Chase last night left fans - and Bradley Walsh - cringing as he shamelessly flirted with The Vixen.
Wes, a 33-year-old pastoral care manager from Sevenoaks, told how his job involves looking after the well-being of students.
And he certainly seemed keen to show The Chaser some care and attention, as he showered her with compliments.
Having notched up an impressive £6,000 in his cash builder round, Wes was the final contestant to face Jenny Ryan.
He turned down the higher offer of £52,000, admitting he was worried he would be distracted by The Vixen's good looks.
Wes explained: "If I go for the higher offer then I'll be dazzled by her beauty. So I'll take £6,000."
The Vixen replied: "Can't question his logic."
Though Bradley wasn't impressed, quipping: "A load of old flannel."
Fans were also quick to comment on the flirty exchange, with several suggesting the feeling was mutual.
One tweeted: "#TheChase me thinks that The Vixen is blushing a wee bit at Wes!"
