People are making great memes out of an awkward photo of Donald Trump crawling up a hill

A SNAP of Donald Trump crawling up a hill with a golf club has become the subject of dozens of hilarious memes.
A thread on Reddit has now challenged people to put the picture, taken in 2006 at Pebble Beach gold course, into their own meme.
The original snap was taken at Pebble Beach golf course in California, in 2006The photo shows the reality TV star in a white T-shirt, black trousers and a red hat, awkwardly crawling on his hands and knees and reaching up the hill.
Photoshop-savvy pranksters have put the next leader of the free world on a snowy mountain with the caption “Let's make Mount Everest great again” – a twist on Trump’s rally cry “let’s make America great again".
Others were more inventive – having the billionaire businessman slumped over a horse ridden by a topless Vladimir Putin and scaling the fence on the Mexican border.
One image sees Trump in the place of King Kong, climbing up the side of the Empire State Building, with planes buzzing around his head.
Another has him hunting a cat in a reference to the leaked video when he claimed he grabbed women by the genitals.
The President-elect – who’s set to be sworn in at the inauguration ceremony later today - is notoriously thin-skinned when it comes to being ridiculed and usually takes to Twitter to berate anyone who trolls him.
But it’s going to be a long four years if he doesn’t learn to take a joke.
