The Chase contestant causes uproar over her name which viewers reckon sounds like a cheeky body part
Brainy Annis, a management trainee from Cardiff, stole the show on last night's episode for more than just her performance
A CONTESTANT on The Chase was the butt of viewers' jokes last night - due to her "childishly rude-sounding" name.
Annis, a 23-year-old management trainee from Cardiff, turned out to be a very competent player, securing £5,000 in her cash builder round and beating The Dark Destroyer.
But viewers were distracted by the fact her name sounded vaguely similar to a cheeky part of the human body.
One tweeted: "Am I the only person that did not notice that Annis on #TheChase has a slightly childishly rude sounding name?"
Another wrote: "Annis looks like pure filth. Must be the name. #thechase".
