Rosemary Conley, 70, is a businesswoman and author who is most famous for her multi-million-pound weight loss business.
She was born on December 19, 1946, and currently lives in a Leicestershire with husband of 30 years, retired businessman Mike Rimmington.
The pair tied the knot in July 1986 after meeting on a pony trekking holiday.
Before Mike she was married for 13 years to Philip Conley, with whom she had her only child, a daughter called Dawn.
After suffering from gallstones she started eating a low fat diet, but as she began to shed the points she realised that it was a winning formula for other women keep to lose weight.
Rosemary became a nationwide name after her book, The Hip & Thigh Diet, sold over two million copies in 1988.
She then went on to launch the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs in 1993.
