Beauty blogger shows how to use SHAVING FOAM to take off your make-up
Maria Yeager claims her unusual beauty routine works wonders if you've run out wipes or cleanser
A BEAUTY blogger has revealed her unique bedtime routine for taking off her make-up and it involves SHAVING FOAM.
Maria Yeager claims the gel, which is normally used for shaving body hair, works just as well as make-up wipes and cleanser.
In a video, posted on , the blogger starts by smothering her face with Gillete Fusion's Hydra Gel Moiturising Shave.
Once her whole face, including her lips, are covered with the cream, Maria takes a towel and starts wiping away her cosmetics.
Maria gave her review in the caption, writing:"So I decided to give it a try to the Shaving Gel to take off my makeup and guess what worked out pretty good.
"What do you guys think about this ??"
Although despite the beauty blogger saying the shaving foam technique worked, the commenters didn't seem to agree.
One wrote: "Just another stupid makeup hacks from u .. pls stop invent stuff like that .. its harmful specially if u have sensitive skin and around eyes".
While someone else commented: "Why out of all things in your restroom you thought shaving cream could remove your makeup. It does!
"But there's water.. There's lotion.. Makeup remover.. Shaving cream is for shaving hairs off your skin. Why do y'all do extra stuff for the simplest things."
Someone else simply said: "Are you serious? This is so stupid!!"
She also went on to say: "I wouldn't recommend for continued usage especially for eye makeup removal.
