Brazilian model and actress Adriana Lima, however, is making no secret of the workout regime that gets her in runway ready shape.
The stunning 35-year-old and three-time Fantasy Bra wearer will strut down the VS runway for the fifteenth time this December and, over the years, she's fine-tuned her workout with trainer Michael Olajide.
Luckily for us, she's now revealed her top five training moves to - and they're easier than you'd think.
#1 Boxing
